I have been a project administrator since September 2019 working on multiple high profile and high volume projects within the District of Columbia such as the National Air and Space Musuem (NASM). I develop action plans for construction administration (CA) tasks where I gather necessary resources, and communicate progress reports to team members using Bluebeam software, Newforma project center and Kahua project software. I identify project tasks and methods of completion within restraints of time, quality and project budget. I simplify complex projects into simpler tasks by setting procurable goals and timeframes. For example, by using Microsoft 365's Teams application and Microsoft Excel and Word I can designate a space to share project documents I've formulated for internal review to maximize efficiency. Using various project software such as Kahua, Newforma, Procore I coordinate and track quality controls to confirm deliverables meet client requests. And measure, report on project progress and performance. In major transition phases I act as point of contact for consultants and team members. Overall I provide project support in development, evaluation, revision and corrective action as needed of all applicable administrative functions and operations. I have some experience in finalizing AIA Contract Documents and notarizing business in the District of Columbia only.
