About Deborah Willmer

Appointment to manage Delivery Implementation and Performance culminates my experience in TAFE NSW where I have supported staff in their delivery of quality education. Effective implementation of delivery programs sets us up for success and ensures that our students receive quality, innovative and sustainable courses for their current and future employment needs. This context is underpinned by my experience in change management in the community, commercial and educational management settings. Employment in the health sector, welfare agencies, private business, TAFE NSW, voluntary roles and short term engagements has honed my flexibility, adaptability and versatility and enabled me to add real value to the organisation and its goals. My life and work rewards come from achieving outcomes with others. Where we start is not as important as aligning our goals to achieve what is worthwhile. I know that a great team is always more than ‘just the sum of its parts’. I plan, manage, motivate and encourage team members to work to their strengths. My motto – work hard, aim for the best, achieve outcomes, enjoy what I do and empower others!
