With over six years of experience in therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy, my work is driven by a deep belief in every person’s ability to heal and grow. I am passionate about walking beside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them reconnect with their strength, self-understanding, and hope. As a Level 3 ACA-Registered Counsellor and Genetic Counsellor, I offer a person-centred, evidence-based approach that blends empathy with practical strategies for change. My sessions provide a safe, grounded space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and build tools for lasting wellbeing. A highlight of my journey was receiving the Excellence Award at the AIPC Teaching and Learning Conference, which affirmed my dedication to education, collaboration, and compassionate leadership. With a background in Genetic Engineering, a Postgraduate Certificate in Genetic Counselling (India), and a Master of Counselling from the University of Queensland, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective that bridges science, psychology, and humanity.
