At ICICI Bank, my leadership role as Head of NRI Product revolves around pioneering digital banking solutions, including the first-of-its-kind UPI for NRIs across ten countries and a seamless online PIS. These initiatives reflect my dedication to enhancing the customer experience and streamlining the account opening process. Our team's innovation extends to transforming the DIY model for NRI account opening, positioning ICICI as a frontrunner in NRI banking services. My tenure with ICICI Bank has been marked by the successful implementation of various digital platforms tailored for NRI customers, such as chatbot and WhatsApp banking, which have significantly improved self-service capabilities. Collaborating closely with IT and cross-functional teams, we’ve made substantial advancements in online remittances and process improvements, bolstering our market position and customer satisfaction levels.
