Masters, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, completed September, 2022 from Grand Canyon University. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients to share their concerns and develop resources to live their best life. Therapy modalities that I utilize with clients include Mindfulness Based Practices, CBT, DBT, EMDR resourcing, Trauma sensorimotor psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, a bit of Gestalt and GOTTMAN Couples therapy.
