My Business, Ready To Exhale's mission is to nurture spiritual renewal and transformation in a safe and inclusive environment. Our goal is to teach or give opportunity for self-care for every individual who attends a retreat or workshop or Yoga class. Part of my business, and a passion of mine, is to bring Yoga to those who have never experienced it, or who think yoga is for them because of age or body type. Collage workshops are from another passion. A wonderfully intuitive, creative process that can benefit every single person who indulges in it. My beautiful studio is in Watertown, Ct. Workshops are more than reasonably priced. Great idea for business meetings, women's groups, etc, and for everyone adolescent, teen, to senior, man or woman. All you need to bring to my workshops is your smile and willingness to connect. You then will have everything you will need for a memorable experience. SoulCollage(R), although not therapy (but therapeutic) can be used as a tool to work with counselors or therapists, so these workshops would be great for you to offer in your practice. I have recently added Powerful Pictures to my menu. for children, ages 7 to 16 These workshops are great for developing skills such as communication, self-esteem, and self-expression. The process includes collaging a card, and then creating a story from it, with the help of writing prompts.(The cards usually have a inner connection to the child.) Also, I offer these workshops, Collage and Zentangle as a fundraiser! Great for wanting something different from the rest, and you can make some pretty good profit!
