I'm all about revolutionising the on-boarding process for Home & Disability Care, and providing a more efficient way of signing up your clients, saving time and money and ensuring compliance with the legislation. My background in Finance and Aged Care has held me in good stead for developing Care Collaborator, an easy to use cloud based software for Care Managers, making it easy to on-board clients whilst generating the required compliance documentation such as the legal Agreement, Care/Support Plan, Services Schedule and Individualised Budget (Care Collaborator works out all the dollars so no calculations required). I am passionate about using technology to do this part of the process as I believe the more time Care Managers can spend listening to their clients and not focussing on the paperwork, the better the outcome for the client, their carers and the Care Manager. Care Collaborator enables the Provider to sign the client up at the first visit and provide services to the client without delay, thereby forming better relationships with the client by being able to focus on them rather than filling out forms.
