I am an award winning transformation specialist in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) with experience in Shared Services / BPO, Operations, Consulting, and Finance & Accounting. My experience and expertise include Delivery Lead, Accounts Payable Subject Matter Advisor / Expert, process design and improvements, finance transformation assessment and implementation, and the development and delivery of training for PTP. I help clients build their in-house capabilities and stand-up shared services to operate more efficiently, stabilize financial processes / operations and outsource back-office activities.
