As a demonstrated people-leader and gatherer, my career has taken me from business executive, non-profit manager, to student success advocate and public servant, I am thankful to have attained years of experience in: Finance management, bookkeeping and accounting, payroll processing, general daily operations, hiring and staffing (Talent Acquisition), coaching and employee opportunity development, and inventory supervision. Additionally, through developing comprehensive business plans and strategies for over 10 years, I have lived the cycle of acquisition, management, and successful sale of all business assets successfully. This looked like every detail of business logistics and operations of sole proprietorships. From beginning my career in various leadership roles from small business management to corporate and non-profit leadership – has allowed for my successful transition and acquisition of more experience within diverse fields of art and musical performance, education, fiscal & administrative roles, secretarial support, and overall operational excellence. I strive to bring out the best in others and multiply what assets are the most valuable to any organization - people!
