About Debra Caudill

I have been employed at Harris Corporation (successor to Exelis/ITT Aerospace) since 1984. For the past seven years I have been working in our Quality department while also serving in the role of a full time trainer for over 200 employees. Our facility will permanently close in June 2016, so I am in the process of seeking new employment. As you can see from my résumé I have extensive experience and have been consistently promoted over the years within the company. I will be the first to admit that my specific experience may not necessarily translate exactly into many positions in Northeast Indiana. However, the specifics of my experience are not as important as what I believe my experience demonstrates. During my time at Harris, I have clearly demonstrated: 1. the ability to handle complex assignments 2. the ability to work as part of a team 3. the ability to readily adapt to new roles 4. the ability to train others and to train large groups 5. having an eye for detail 6. a superb work ethic These six attributes apply to every single position in Northeast Indiana. During my time at Harris I have always been viewed as an exemplary employee who puts in the effort to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved. I am comfortable that I could adapt to most job positions quickly, and I know I will quickly become a valuable asset to your team. It should be noted that Harris and its predecessors have been laying off groups of workers for several years and I believe there is a reason I am in the last group – it’s because they have considered me a valuable employee to the very end.
