Leadership/Professional Skills • Demonstrating supervisory, training and leadership skills in varied senior positions. • Knowledgeable in the application and use of BPM methodologies including Swim Lane formats. • Ability to work within a team as a valuable team member and take a lead role when required. • Ability to facilitate with the varied stakeholders and build functional relationships.
