My ability to connect with others has served me well in the areas of: Financial Aid Operations | Administrative Support | Training & Development | Scholarship Applications | Financial Aid Awarding Process | Customer Service | Cross-Functional Team Collaboration | Team Building & Leadership | Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act As the go-to “resource,” I enjoy: Being an advocate for the College’s mission, vision, and values and leading educational opportunities in the areas of financial aid that ultimately help students during their time in College. Creating new opportunities for engagement, including outreach activities and facilitating presentations. Being known as the liaison that facilitates meaningful conversations among a variety of audiences. On top of being an important voice and face of the Financial Aid operations, there’s a lot I’ve done behind the scenes as well. I’ve trained, mentored, and coached staff on ways to efficiently carry out and meet department goals. I was a crucial player in adjusting Financial Aid operations to meet the students' needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
