About Debra Tull

Bilingual Commercial-lines damage insurance broker in the province of Québec holding the designation of Chartered Insurance Professional from the Insurance Institute of Canada with over 30 years of experience in the insurance domain acquired from both national and international brokerage firms. My career began in general insurance in a local brokerage firm in downtown Montreal where I spent more than 15 years excelling my customer service skills and organizational proficiency. Given my enthusiasm for professionalism, curiosity and desire to attain additional insurance knowledge, it became apparent that I could take on a more challenging role, given my result oriented work ethic. I then moved to a large international brokerage firm where I supported multiple teams in the management of international risk management accounts. It is there that I acquired my understanding of global insurance programs for multinational organizations. I quickly advanced within the Risk Management department and was recognized as a valuable member of the team for close to 10 years prior to joining GPL assurance in 2007. Committed to value added professional excellence, my level of performance is remarkably elevated in rapidly changing environments. I have a strong ability to improve work methods for increased efficiency and I possess unique skills that enable me to easily share and transfer this knowledge to associates. I am currently Account Manager in the Risk Management division as well as the point of contact for our international network.
