About Debra Welch

Starting with my employment with Stites, McIntosh & Knepper, PC, Attorneys At Law to my employment with Serco NA, I have 25+ years of Administrative Office/Management experience and Customer Service which go hand in hand, along with 12+ years of IT experience diagnosing problems and taking corrective actions to fix problems. All my positions have been fast paced environments with demanding customers and strict contract requirements. I am a Computer Operator 1 experienced in utilizing several programs, such as, Remedy, PICS, TECS, Claims 4/Switchboard, Claims 3, National, NFTS, and AOS Scheduler, and Desktop Support Knowledge. I have proven my abilities and am the first person that Supervisors, Task Managers, etc. ask for when having problems. If there is something that I am not sure about I will work until I find the answer and fix the problem. I maintain a high quality in my work. I am highly organized and a multitasking expert. I am self-motivated, detail oriented, punctual, adapt very quickly to any given situation, responsible, a problem solver/ team player. There is no I in Team. Sometimes it takes more than one mind to discover an answer. I am a very hard worker and enjoy a fast paced environment and atmosphere. I enjoy working with a diversity of people. I am experienced in managing 5+ people, and have experience training such persons. I believe that my experience, knowledge, ability and hunger to learn more would be an asset.
