I'm a leadership and transition coach with 22+ years of experience helping people navigate change—whether it’s a career pivot, loss of identity, end-of-life planning, or building a purpose-driven business. My approach blends two decades of corporate learning leadership (Weight Watchers Canada) with deep work in grief support, end-of-life care, and emotional resilience. I’ve trained hundreds of coaches, built national coaching frameworks, and created programs that help people move from stuck to focused—from uncertainty to aligned action. I also work with a unique toolset that includes grief-informed astrology—not for prediction, but for reflection. I use birth charts to help clients understand emotional patterns, cycles of transition, and how to work with their natural timing. For many, it’s a powerful framework for clarity during hard seasons. Currently, I serve as Program Manager and Business Coach at Willow End of Life Education & Planning. I also support clients 1:1 through coaching that combines emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and practical momentum.
