About Debra Yoos

Hello, my name is Debra Yoos. I have 30 years of experience on mainframe and mid-range computers. My previous job experiences and being a hardworking, enthusiastic individual that can multi-task, makes me a qualified and ideal candidate. While in my current position I work with clients and service partners to ensure all Service Level Agreements are met. This entails monitoring all batch cycles on numerous scheduling packages for mainframe and servers. I work closely with application and system programmers to implement changes and resolve disruptions in services. As a first line of contact I follow all escalation protocol regardless of the severity. In my current position I update all department documentation in Sharepoint and hard copy manuals. This was an initiative I voluntarily took control of. As a team member of the data center audit team, I keep an excel spreadsheet of the daily turnover for audit purposes as well as meet with outside auditors. Customer service is very important to me. Attention to detail and being proactive to prevent future problems is imperative. When a client says they are so happy I answered the phone when they called, it proves I always put the customer first.
