Founded C.R.A.F.T Academia along with like minded professionals to build a revolutionary Functional Training Academy after completing 12 career years in Banking & Finance sector with top Indian Banks. Any rapidly growing economy is expected to create millions of opportunities. These shall be dynamic & keep on transforming. The need for collaboration and adequate coordination between Academia & Industry is imperitive in order to meet these dynamic market requirements. In order to address this situation C.R.A.F.T was formed. The aim is to meticulously design comprehensive modules to come up with a holistic training solution targeted towards enhancing skills of youth. After continious discussion with the top companies in the industry we found out the exact skills required in the ever changing industry requirements. On basis of the required skills we designed comprehensive & skill based functional training solutions. C.R.A.F.T believes strongly in the “ Functional Training” approach where there is an equal focus is on “What” & “How” of every concept. Any formal education system is equiping the students with “What” the concept is whereas the industry requires “How” the concepts can be implemented. We are utilizing the best in the industry resources to conceptualise the training solution with an amalgamation of “What” & “How” of any concept and deliver in innovative ways to the youth. Recently launched product in the endeavour is LearnEX - The Learning Index. LearnEX is the flagship brand of C.R.A.F.T Academia Pvt. Ltd. LearnEX a “Functional Training App” which aims to bring in a paradigm shift in the way Training is conducted. Learning through LearnEX will be fun & exciting.
