Presently working as Practice Lead with of Core Technical Team of Data Architects, AI Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI SMEs driving Microsoft Data & AI Business globally for HCL Technologies. Having overall team of 1500+ Professionals and growing geometrically everyday. I have been part of registration of 2 IPs [Patent and TM] in USPTO and 5+ Microsoft endorsed Co-Sell ready Products in Data & AI space. As Technology Orator, had been speaker in Microsoft organized Tech Day Events in New York, London, Singapore on Next Generation Data and AI Solutions. Programs led by me were highlighted in Major Media coverage on Wall Street Journal and Print Media of Singapore as well as Norway. Had the opportunity to lead Next Gen Solution Delivery in First Ever Sensor-driven Automation Program for Operation Theatres in Asia. I was part of Data & Analytics team that was selected as #1 in Specialized Insights Metrics by Gartner Magic Quadrants. Was awarded membership of O-Infinity Hall of Fame for securing Top Employee Rating in consecutive 10 years. Responsibilities wise, my present role includes - Providing Enterprise level Architectural Solutions independently or in collaboration with IOT, RPA, BPM, ERP, CRM, Modern Apps Teams to cross-Geo Clients, Growing the Revenue with Sales Team through cutting edge Solutioning and Estimation, Producing Innovative Accelerators and IPs in Data, Analytics and AI space to create Strategic, Technical and Operational Differentiation over competition, Building Capability within Centre of Excellence on newer Technology to guide the Delivery in adapting with Evolution of Technology especially in Cloud Space, Executing Advisory Exercises defining Strategic Direction, Techno-Operational Approach, Roadmap Planning etc. around Digital Workplace, Enterprise Productivity and Azure Data & AI space, Supporting Practice Activities like Evangelism with Partners and Analysts, Collaborative Solution Showcase with Clients and Partners in Tech Days and Hackathons, Chapter Leadership Activities etc, Supporting Delivery by Architectural Guidance, Reusable Technical Components, Critical Troubleshooting etc. I feel proud for being involved in various programs in prestigious customers like International Olympic Committee, P&G, World Bank, Universal Studios, Citi Bank, Adidas, Nestle, Singapore Metro Rail, Allianz Insurance, DNB - the largest Nordic Bank, Singapore General Hospital, AIG Insurance, McDonalds, HBOS, ABB, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Merck, Nielsen Media, H&M, P&G, CEVA Logistics and many more to mention.
