As the Director of Sales Marketing at Hilton, I have been leading and managing the sales and marketing strategies for the hotel since September 2023. I collaborate with the General Manager and the corporate team to create and execute effective campaigns, promotions, and events that showcase the hotel's unique features and services. With the help of my sales team, I ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and revenue generation, providing them with coaching, training, and feedback to achieve their goals and targets. I have a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, which enables me to plan and execute innovative and impactful marketing initiatives that align with the hotel's vision and mission. I am also a Freelance Creative Writer with over 5 years of experience in developing original content for various genres and formats, including fiction, nonfiction, short stories, comedy, and scripts. I have a passion for storytelling and creating engaging and original content that captures the attention and imagination of the audience. I have published a book, written captions for an art exhibition, and composed speeches that received standing ovations. I have also won the “Best Script or Screenplay” award in a prestigious film festival and have been mentored by Stage32 A-list producers. I have developed and implemented social media strategies to build and maintain a strong online presence and community engagement. I have excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. I am currently pursuing a BA in Creative Writing and a concentration in Screenwriting from Southern New Hampshire University, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to express my creativity and showcase my talents.
