I am an experienced Customer Service Representative | Appointment Setter | Virtual Assistant | Order Processor | Quality Analyst | Team Lead with 11 years of BPO experience. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Registered Nurse. I started as a customer service representative and because of my hard work, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst and now working as a Team Leader handling more than fifteen customer service representatives. My journey as a Quality Analyst helped me to gain more knowledge and improve my analytical, coaching, and communication skills. I contributed to the success of the account I handled by assisting in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes and procedures. I aimed for more and got the position as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, I manage and lead a team of employees handling order processing for DME and medical supplies. Motivates team members to provide good customer service and to work efficiently in order processing.
