I am currently exploring interim management and board leadership roles in organisations dedicated to advancing a better Ireland. As a passionate Operations Leader with an extensive, progressive career in the highly innovative tech industry I have delivered significant end to end sustainable change including significant initiatives to remove cost through simplification, outsourcing and automation. I have created and consolidated teams (Start-up teams in EBS, Gateway and Microsoft, tackling market opportunities and significant operational issues) and managed high performing global functional teams (operational and compliance accountability for $5bn rev processing). I have extensive experience in designing and leading strategic initiatives, delivery of operational, organisational and cultural change. I have a proven track record of building and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive tangible and lasting business value.
