About Declan Browne

Having a broadcasting career spanning just shy of 30 years, I started on the bottom of the ladder and have been climbing steadily ever since, along the way serving time in Anner, Windmill Lane pictures and Screenscene. As the digital streaming media age was born, I was approached by the founder of Servecast to assist with getting them operational back in since then I have had the pleasure to work along side some amazing people in such companies as European Broadcast Union, GTT, Level3, Ion Solutions, TVM, Observe, Digital Space and of course the i-Stream van. Most recently I worked as part of the EURO2020 crew, initially at the Dublin venue, but with the onset of Covid 19 and the last minute cancellation of some venues, I was stationed in Amsterdam for the live event. Prior to that I worked as Live Event Manager for various communications companies – a role which I enjoyed immensely, as I worked alongside some fantastic people globally as well as some top notch clients. My goal would be to combine my acquired professional skills, experience and knowledge with some of my own interests to make a lasting impact on the future of internet based & traditional broadcasting.
