I am the Business development manager at One World Resourcing, an international recruitment, accredited labour hire and immigration advisory company with offices in Auckland and Christchurch, servicing clients nationwide in New Zealand. We are an Accredited Employer and an Accredited Labour Hire company with Immigration New Zealand. We source the right candidates for our clients in the construction, engineering, automotive, IT sectors and primary industries, either in-country or internationally using our extensive network of capability and supply from Europe, Australia, The Philippines, China and South America. One World Resourcing pioneers and promotes our ethical resourcing model® and is working hard to lift the standard of transparency in sourcing international workers for New Zealand, particularly from the Philippines and China but also from other Asian countries. We guarantee our candidates are not charged placement fees to get jobs. One World Resourcing has developed solutions for skills and language assessment, Health & Safety training, flights, accommodation and pastoral care/resettlement services for our international workers. I am a chartered certified accountant (ACCA) and entrepreneur. I have 20 years experience in property investment and development in the residential, retail and commercial sectors and 12 years in the international resourcing, recruitment and labour hire sectors.
