Highlights of my qualifications most relevant to your needs include: Project managed the build and implementation of new HRIS and Leave Management Systems (Timekeeping, Payroll, Benefits, People Insights, Recruiting and Onboarding, and Core HR modules) and served as subject matter expert and trainer for troubleshooting, testing, and innovation projects in the systems. Began with Kennedy Care, LLC as a contract recruiter, then transitioned to Payroll/HR for the implementation and integration of 300+ employees into their new HRIS software system within two months. I took the initiative of drafting and disseminating SOPs for new payroll functions and employee self-service portions to ensure buy-in and utilization of employee self-service functions. Developed a formal onboarding program and education for employees on the effects and signs of elder abuse, as well as how to report it at The Gilbert Residence, Inc.
