I am a Technical Manager and Automation Lead with a specialisation in EDI / API supply chain integration and monitoring. My track record demonstrates a consistent ability to implement solutions that drive significant efficiency enhancements and deliver substantial financial gains for businesses. My journey began at eHosting, where I completed a year-long apprenticeship that provided me with a solid technical foundation. Subsequently, I joined OpenText’s pioneering project team, gaining invaluable experience managing the entire lifecycle of change requests, from analysis to deployment. This experience propelled me into the dynamic environment of Wayfair, where I started as an Integration Specialist. Here, I built its integration monitoring system from scratch, ultimately rising to the position of Supply Chain Automation Lead, overseeing four teams to deliver operational savings of $1.5 million annually. What truly excites me is harnessing technology to tackle complex business challenges. I excel when faced with demanding situations and in fast-paced work settings.
