About Declan Harman

Grew up riding dirt bikes and going camping, maintaining and building up classic trucks. Taking care for all these fun things in my life taught me to be good with my hands, but I always knew I wanted to be capable of more than just working on a shop floor or alike. Taking what I had learned in my work and surroundings, I set out to learn about business and entrepreneurship so that I could take my ideas and passions and see just how far I can take them. I believe though that before you set out do something unconventional, that it helps to learn the conventional and find a place to maybe test the practices you have learned in business school. With that being said I have spent the last 3 years in sales, learning about product knowledge, inventory, operating systems and how to cultivate business relations that lead to increases in sales while always looking to see what else from school I could put into practice or maybe even just learn for myself. I want to continue on this path of professional growth and love a good challenge and adventure.
