About Declan King

I'm an experienced Supply Chain Operator with 4 years as a supply chain operator and 14 years experience in a Pharmaceutical environment. I am also a Qualified Electrician. I tend to be self-motivated and solution driven with good communication skills. I like to think I am a good team-player. Flexible and adaptable with a curiosity for learning. I have most recently worked in Tosara Pharma Ltd part of the TEVA corporation and gained a broad knowledge of most aspects of Supply Chain and particularly enjoyed a year as Artwork Co-Ordinator covering a Maternity leave. Most recently completed a Supply Chain Management Certificate through University of Limerick and have a Level 5 in Lean Manufacturing Tools. I have always been technically minded and enjoyed tinkering! So becoming an electrician was a natural fit - my dad was also an electrician so I gained a lot of knowledge from him growing up. I Won the National Lean Project Award at he Enterprise Ireland Lean business for improvements in line change overs and reducing downtime using Lean tools. I am proud of the work I did at Teva and being part of such a good Team for a long time. I am now looking for a new opportunity. I am looking for an organization where I can bring the added value of my broad experience and where I can continue to grow my career
