As an experienced Operations and People Leader, I have spent the past 20 years honing my skills in the hospitality, building operations, people and travel industries. During my career, I had the opportunity to lead teams and oversee the operations of multiple locations, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to create a productive and efficient workplace. Before joining my current role, I worked for a large travel company where I managed operations for various travel destinations. This experience gave me the chance to work with a diverse group of people, improve my problem-solving skills, and learn how to manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment. Prior to that, I spent almost a decade working in various management positions within the hotel industry, where I learned how to deliver exceptional customer service and manage large teams. I am passionate about creating environments where people can thrive and am always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
