I am a program & project manager with extensive experience in the areas of risk management and business process improvement in the Manufacturing, IT and Financial Services industries. My specialist skills lie in the areas of technical and non-financial risk, where I have managed several complex and cross-functional projects in New Product Introduction, Business Process Re-engineering and Compliance in the Technology and Treasury Services domains. I currently manage global engagement activities for Kyndryl's Data Centre portfolio, covering over 200 sites worldwide. I have spoken at several conferences and events on the topic of technical risk management and am always keen to broaden my skills and network in this field. I hold Executive MBA and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degrees, the PMI-RMP Risk Management Professional accreditation, CDRP Data Centre Risk Management certification and am a ISO certified Risk Manager. I have completed long-term overseas assignments in the USA and Czech Republic.
