Specialist Area I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant on the Marketing desk here at the Morgan McKinley office in Dublin. I specialise in recruiting for specifically permanent positions across Marketing across a variety of industries. My Advice My advice to anyone looking for a new role is to spend some time considering what it is that sets you apart from the other marketing professionals. I am a firm believer that everyone has a USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and, in marketing more than any other industry, employers want to see what makes you unique. My Background I originally started my career in Advertising working with a number of agencies and then moved on to an in-house role in the construction sector. After a number of years in the marketing industry I then decided to utilise my skills and experience in service of helping people find their dream jobs. After a number of years in recruitment, I can safely say that I still find a sincere and genuine passion in matching talented people with best-in-class employers. I joined Morgan McKinley in May of 2025. I work on a dedicated marketing desk as a senior consultant recruiting for permanent marketing roles in both the Dublin and Cork market.
