Over 20 years of accounting experience! Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, AICPA certified, DOJ live scanned yearly. I am a full charge bookkeeper and expert in auditing. 10yrs experience in Los Angeles county and San Bernardino county special programs auditing. Numbers can’t hide from me, balancing to zero is my personal happiness. Currently specializing in small business bookkeeping, I have provided booking services in both manufacturing and service industries. I have extensive experience in construction sub- contractor bookkeeping (lien, release, split check). I am experienced with quarterly business tax services, payroll tax filing, sales tax filing, underground storage tank tax,(California only) CDTFA, EFTPS/IRS so on and ect. I provide small business training in general bookkeeping and setup as well as QuickBooks training. Extensive experience in Real Estate, property management and home flipping bookkeeping & transaction coordinating. As a former signing agent/notary public, I am very comfortable with real estate forms. I have a strong & traditional accounting foundation and education. I hold myself and my work to AICPA standards.
