About Dede Junardi

As a Regional Sales Activity Agency at BRI Life, I have more than seven years of experience in managing and supporting the sales performance and activities of agents in my region. My mission is to help them achieve their KPI and sales targets, as well as to provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. I have a strong background in CRM, problem solving, and communication skills, which enable me to build and maintain positive relationships with external parties and stakeholders. I am also responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans, as well as conducting training and socialization programs for agents. I monitor, analyze, and evaluate the agents' performance using WOM and FDS tools, and I regularly visit the agencies under my supervision. I create and submit reports on the agents' KPI and reward achievements, and I contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. I am always eager to learn new things and to work independently or collaboratively with my team.
