About Deden Rumdani

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Bandung in 2017, and since then I have been working as a Human Capital and General Affairs Analyst at PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia. My core competencies include data collection and analysis, planning and monitoring Human Capital and General Affairs work activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Since then, i got promoted to HCGA Supervisor, in my current role, I support the HCGA Manager in achieving the company's goals and aligning them with the best practices and standards in the industry. I use my skills in Canva, Human Capital, and General Affairs to create and update documents, conduct recruitment processes, assessment, performance appraisal, employee and industrial relations, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders. I'm highly concerned about details also enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance, skills, and knowledge in anything.
