That is why I have dedicated 15+ years to providing individualized instruction and program development for students with diverse learning needs as a Teacher and Special Education Supervisor at Channelview ISD. My core competencies include designing and implementing effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), leading collaborative teams, analyzing data, and providing specialized training to staff. I have spearheaded various initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of special education programs, resulting in improved student outcomes and satisfaction. I have also demonstrated my leadership and management skills, ensuring that every student receives the tailored support necessary for their academic and personal success. Beyond the classroom, I am passionate about advocating for inclusivity and equity in education. I actively participate in community programs, promoting understanding and support for individuals with diverse learning needs. I hold a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management, which reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. I am always eager to connect with fellow educators and administrators who share the same vision and values.
