I have had the privilege to work with some of the worlds most leading and successful brands and conversely, small not for profit organisations. This blend has exposed me to a wide range of industries and organisational cultures encompassing; finance, sales, customer service, not for profit, warehousing, logistics, distribution and FMCG. This diverse background has included: • Strong working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation. This has included comprehensive auditing, large-scale site projects, contractor management, systems management, workplace inspections, action plan preparation and Risk management with corrective action focus. WHS experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service and Sales. More recently within Food Processing and over 2 years experience within the Disability Sector with a not for profit organisation. • Operational Excellence and Capability support to 350+ staff within Supply Chain of Coca Cola Amatil (CCA) • Supporting HR with projects and recruitment (CCA) as well as statewide training coordinator/project support within HR (ANZ Banking Group) • Candidate selection/placement/retention plus admin support within small labour hire company. • Substantial fundraising achievement for small not for profit as sole fundraiser and event manager. Inclusive of grant seeking, media partnering with high profile print, radio and television media plus securing successful corporate sponsorships. • Over a decade of experience in facilitation within ANZ and CCA (including operations, sales, customer service and supply chain). • Several years finance experience within ANZ Banking Group Ltd (including project management and transformation projects).
