About Dee Dacic

Experienced in-house legal and commercial specialist and leader, Dee is currently a Senior Corporate Counsel at Transdev Australasia, a global and leading provider of mobility and public transport solutions. Dee has almost 14 years of legal experience, notably in major infrastructure transport, operations and maintenance, commercial and contract law, technology, privacy, regulatory compliance, risk management and procurement. Dee is commercially focused, ensuring her legal advice is carefully crafted to be practical and solutions-oriented. Specialist legal training in technology projects and procurement has equipped Dee to lead on legal matters related to technology projects, such as digital transformation, data privacy, and cyber-security. Dee was previously a Legal Counsel with former ASX listed - Broadspectrum (now Ventia). During this time Dee advised on a number of major and complex Government projects and tenders including with the Department of Defence, and Department of Immigration and Border Protection (now the Department of Human Services). Dee's personal and professional approach upholds integrity, collaboration, and innovation, and she strives to foster a culture of trust, respect, and diversity within her team and across any organisation she is a part of. Dee is determined to represent and to continue paving a path for women in transport, and in business leadership roles.
