I’m a human-first, results-driven Talent Acquisition leader who has grown from the ground up. I started as one of the youngest radio hosts in my city in India while studying, building a listener base of over 2.3 million for a non-drive-time show. That early experience shaped my ability to communicate clearly, connect with diverse audiences, and think on my feet. These skills became foundational to how I now lead, influence, and build trust in complex environments.Over the past decade, I’ve transitioned into Talent Acquisition and now lead global TA strategy for a diverse, dispersed workforce in heavy industry. My experience spans India and Australia, where I’ve built a career rooted in empathy, growth, and high performance.My passion lies in building cultures where people feel seen, trusted, and challenged to grow, and where business outcomes and humanity can co-exist. As a woman of colour leading in a traditionally male-dominated sector, I bring lived experience that shapes how I coach, advocate, and drive change.I’ve led high-performing TA teams, redesigned hiring processes, improved global candidate experience, and developed personalised growth plans for every recruiter I work with. More than outcomes, I’ve helped people believe in themselves and the work they’re capable of. Beyond recruitment leadership, I also facilitate internal leadership coaching sessions, a part of my work that fuels my belief in growing others at all levels.
