About Dee Elliott

I have had many roles in my career all most focused around the management & training sector. I truly feel myself when I am delivering a training that allows my authentic self to shine. I feel gratitude when I know my learners walk away confident and competent be it from a online training or face2face. Prior to my role in Aviva, I worked as a training Consultant in MONERE Development while I completed my Masters in Education and Leadership. I have also held roles such as Learning & Development Manager in KSG Catering, Training & Development Manager at IDG Direct and trainer in Darwin Human Resource Computer Academy. Bringing my experience in leading roles to an approx. 12-year tenure. Some other past job-roles include: Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Assistant Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Supervisor, Trainee Manager in Hospitality, waiter in G Hotel and Dylan Hotel and more. I am a passionate, energetic person with high attention to detail. But my strongest attributes are my interpersonal skills and people skills which have been finely tuned over my career.
