Big plans and big strategies amount to nothing if you can’t realistically enact them. If you can’t execute it, it’s not a strategy. It’s just a hit of dopamine, designed to make you feel good. There are so many buzzwords being tossed around designed to solve your problem with a cookie-cutter solution. But your business doesn’t need a one-size-fits all solution. If you are at the helm and you feel like your organization is taking on too much water, there is work to do before a social media strategy, paid advertising or brand board can be effective. As a senior business development and strategy specialist, I step into your business to do triage during times of transition and crises. I articulate the problem and make a plan of (real) action. Throughout my career, from my time in large marketing agencies to owning my successful marketing agency, I saw businesses looking for marketing to save them. I could not sit by and recommend clients waste money on services and products that were a bandaid- at best- when the problems were more serious. My desire to see my clients succeed caused me to go deeper into their businesses, to look at the numbers, find the holes, audit the processes and create practical solutions to fix the real issues. My promise to you is that I will find real solutions and create a real-life plan of action, not another pile of papers that will sit and collect dust.
