About Dee Joshi

I have over 20 years of experience in business partnering roles involving various strategic initiatives within fast paced and complex industries. I have been part of projects during this time including implementation of the Data and Analytics Operating Model and organisational design, payroll project (SAP Upgrade), demergers, acquisitions, transformational changes, restructures, ISO Certification, revamping performance management system and leave and attendance system. What makes me stand out is my enthusiasm and passion coupled with my great work ethic and can do attitude. I am a people person and get along with people at all levels. My cultural background makes them receptive and sensitive towards a diverse workforce. Coming from a Defence family makes me adaptable which helps me fit into any situation. I have a tendency of putting myself in others shoes (Employees and employers) and hence am able to propose the most appropriate solution to situations. I am told that I am pragmatic in my approach, easy to talk to and approachable.
