Currently working for a leading charity in Ireland; AWARE. I recruit and train independent Contract Trainers to deliver a range of psycho education programmes, to a high set standard, to adults and young adults. I am a dedicated, passionate and versatile professional with over 20 years’ experience in the analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training interventions across a wide spectrum of distribution channels in both Ireland and the UK, and more recently adding recruitment to my skill set.(Clients have included; REFOCUS (Community based project, Cork) LAYA Healthcare, Bank of Ireland, EBS, Permanent TSB, GE Money, Barclays Bank and Bank of Scotland) I am knowledgeable, in the area of training, hardworking and energetic which, is a huge advantage in the effectiveness of my role. I also consider myself to be highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and extremely dependable. My ability to engage well with Applicants, existing Contract Trainers, internal and external stakeholders coupled with my strong attention to detail, means that I consistently achieve mutual recruitment and training aims and objectives. I’m an effective organiser and I utilise my time extremely well. Overall, I consider myself a real people’s person, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Since my time with Aware, who provides much needed education and support in the area of mental health, I feel I excel in my role in helping make a difference to those in our community, who reach out to AWARE.
