I am an Executive/Administrative Assistant adept in all areas of office management and executive support with over 20 years of experience. I was affected by my recent firm’s nationwide downsizing of approximately 1,500 employees. I am looking to support an executive so that I may assist you by ensuring that your day and your office runs smoothly and efficiently so you can focus on your areas of expertise. I am a hard worker with the ability to meet deadlines while remaining calm under pressure and displaying good judgement. I have a good work ethic, willing to go above and beyond what is expected to ensure projects and tasks are executed accurately and in a timely manner. I am a dedicated employee who acts in the best interest of my executive, my team and the company. I can successfully multi-task to follow through in a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment. I am a quick learner, detail oriented and possess strong research and investigative skills. I have a positive attitude. I work well independently as well as in a team setting. I am highly productive while working onsite, remotely or in a hybrid environment.
