Managing Director of Counselling Options - private therapy providing counselling & psychotherapy for children, youths, adults and couples in one to one or group counselling. I offer group therapy for men, women, and a separate group for women affected by the menopause. We also offer group counselling and support using arts and crafts for children suffering bereavement, bullying, low self-esteem, low confidence etc. As well as being a qualified psychotherapist, I am also a qualified Nursery Nurse so Counselling is in accordance with the childrens’ needs and developmental stages. I have qualifications and experience in all aspects of mental health issues, such as: depression & anxiety; bereavement & loss; couples and relationship issues; sexuality and sexual identity issues; abuse; racism; bullying; trauma; PTSD; phobias; addiction and many more. I am also experienced in Emotional Freedom Technique. I also volunteer at The Linden Centre, Trinity Hospice, Counselling for bereavement and illness, those affected by cancer, and those nearing end of life. I have just completed level 5 Diploma in Education and Training and have taught counselling Levels 2 and 3 at B&F College. My therapy room is also rented to other therapists and so I run a monthly peer supervision group. I am passionate about counselling and improving mental health.
