About Dee Olateru

I'm a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Assurance practice where I've spent the past decade serving a wide variety of financial services clients with a focus on Banking & Capital Markets organizations. Beginning my career in the Minneapolis, I've gone on to serve some of the firm’s largest banking clients globally in the US, UK, and India. In doing so, I've been able to combine a great career with my curiosity about the world. In my role, I enjoy teaming and collaborating with some of the brightest minds around. I'm passionate about building the next generation of young professionals and I get to do that everyday by facilitating training globally, providing on-the-job coaching, and mentoring/challenging our people. I serve as Co-Chair for the D&I network in our Minneapolis office. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, travel blogging, reading, and volunteering with causes focused on closing the achievement gap and creating opportunities for others through education.
