As the Quality and People Team Lead at South Western Sydney PHN (SWSPHN), I bring authentic leadership to the areas of human resources, workplace health, safety and wellbeing, quality management, and business support for a dynamic organisation that supports primary health care in the region. I have more than 25 years of experience in executive support and project coordination roles across various industries and operational areas, such as HR, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service. I am passionate about leading and inspiring every human being in the workplace and delivering transformational projects that enhance the wellbeing and engagement of our workforce. I have successfully delivered projects on employer branding, health and wellbeing, psychosocial safety, diversity and inclusion and developed and implemented policies and procedures that comply with the National Employment Standards and Fair Work Legislation. I am currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management to formalise and further expand my skills and knowledge in this field.
