Dee Vargas found her niche in real estate 8 years ago, and has developed extensive knowledge in the field since. She is especially talented in Property Evaluation and Assessment, as well as New Construction homes. However, she is prepared in every facet to make sure her clients have the most rewarding experiences buying or selling their homes. Originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dee has made it a goal of hers to increase the rate of minority homeowners, especially in the black and latino communities. She is focused on building new wealth in real estate and loves the chance to utilize Engel & Volkers because of their global and national network of relationships. Dee listens to clients unique needs and ensures that each need is met, mirroring what Engel & Volkers strives for. Dee moved to Atlanta after graduating highschool, and currently resides in Johns Creek. When she isn’t devoting her time to her clients, she loves traveling and all outdoor activities. Frequently, Dee travels back home to the Dominican Republic with her son and daughter to teach them about their culture. When she isn’t traveling, she can be found exploring the Georgia mountains, enjoying the lakes in Metro Atlanta, and spending time with her dog in Piedmont Park. With certifications such as Georgia Real Estate Sales and Georgia State Registered Appraiser, and a background with Harry Normal Realtors, Dee is more than equipped with the knowledge and skill to satisfy the needs of her clients, whether they are buying or selling their home.
