About Dee Verma

Dee is an Immunisation Pharmacist, working at a leading specialist hospital in Victoria, Australia. She brings hands-on experience in delivering immunisation programs, driving quality improvement initiatives, implementing EMR system changes and engaging stakeholders across diverse healthcare settings. With a strong commitment to public health, Dee is also a Teaching Associate at a Group of Eight university and an educational speaker, delivering training to the primary care workforce on immunisation best practices. She is passionate about mentoring and mental health advocacy, volunteering as a peer supporter and guiding undergraduate Pharmacy students through their early professional journey. Dee believes deeply in the power of community and shared experience to drive positive change. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) and a Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (Health Policy) as a scholarship recipient, with a vision to influence system change to strengthen Australian healthcare delivery.
