I am a hands- on Senior Manager and a firm believer that continuous improvement and staff development is the key to a successful team. Training is at the heart of any business and during my time at Cannon and Mars I developed and delivered Training packages to all staff and customers. I have excellent contract management skills, having managed prerequisite contracts whilst working for Mars. Highly qualified in the food industry with HACCP qualification and ISO audit trained. Highly Qualified in Pest Control, RSPH Level 3 RSPH level 2 distinction level and the Charles Keeble Award for the BPCA Diploma part 2 Proven ability in the setting, monitoring and improving Quality Standards, Health and Safety qualified to IOSH standard with a passion for reducing accidents through encouragement of near miss reporting and writing and reviewing Risk assessments and safe systems of work. I am extremely passionate about Quality and have a history of improving standards and implementing systems to measure and trend results.
