Sales professional with 11 years’ experience in retail sales, 7 years as a manager. I am seeking a position with a company that has room for personal growth and career advancement. I enjoy working with companies that allow me to positively impact the companies and customers bottom line goal by providing excellent customer service and exceeding the goals set for me. I am very customer service oriented and am great at building rapport with my customers and co-workers to ensure that all their needs and goals are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided. I am well versed in many areas of operations needed to successfully run a business and adjust quickly to change in methods or routines that may occur on a daily basis. I thrive in fast past environments enjoy working with people and am never afraid of a challenge. I work well in group environments; often finding myself taking the lead, but am also great at working alone and multi-tasking. I am organized and have great time management skills all qualities which make up a great customer service provider be it as a manager or just a team associate. I believe that no role is to big or small and they it takes every team member and every role to ensure positive results for the company and the customer.
