About Deeann Crouch

With 25 years of educational experience, I have developed a strong foundation in teaching and leadership. My career began in North Carolina, where I spent 16 years in public schools, teaching in Clay County, NC, and English at Tri-County Early College, in addition to serving as an adjunct professor at Tri-County Community College. I hold a BSEd in Middle Grades Education, with concentrations in English, Science, and K-12 Reading, and an MAEd in English 9-12. As a National Board Certified Teacher, I have taken on roles such as Instructional Coach at Silverado Continuation High School, K-12 TOSA for Assessment & Accountability, and as an SVUSD Induction Specialist. Additionally, I am trained in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Currently, I serve as an Assistant Principal at Rancho Santa Margarita Intermediate School in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. I am further enhancing my leadership skills by pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership at Concordia University, having just completed my first year of the program. My diverse background in education enables me to effectively support both students and staff in a wide range of educational settings.
